Last year, Urban Medical was able to deliver high quality, effective care to over 5,500 patients, regardless of their financial circumstances. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to:

• expand our House Calls program to include 320 homebound patients;
• provided free medical care to un- or under-insured individuals;
• Began research to demonstrate the better outcomes that are achieved through our model of care, some can influence health policy and practices beyond our walls.
