Erin provides compassionate, high-quality care for nursing home, clinic and community residents. She is dedicated to bringing health care to elders to allow them to age in place while maintaining independence. Erin has a special interest in education of both future healthcare providers and patients.

Urban Medical is a nonprofit organization providing innovative and compassionate responses to the primary care needs of the elderly, chronically ill and underserved. For 30 years, we have focused exceptional effort on care for the most vulnerable members of our community – the elderly, chronically ill and medically complex.
